Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and managing logistics service providers, including contract formalization and performance monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Performance monitoring and cost control * Prospecting, selecting, and negotiating with third parties (aggregators and service providers); * Analyzing and verifying mandatory documentation for contracting (registrations, contracts, insurance policies, licenses, ANTT certifications, among others); * Negotiating pricing, timelines, and commercial terms to ensure cost control and operational efficiency; * Formalizing and monitoring contracts, amendments, and expiration dates; * Registering and updating third parties in internal systems; * Monitoring provider performance, evaluating adherence to deadlines, service quality, and incident occurrences; * Continuous coordination with operational, financial, and administrative departments; * Supporting payment and freight verification and control; **Contracting of logistics service providers**, such as aggregators, third-party drivers, and others.
