Facilities Leader

As a Facilities Leader, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing industrial maintenance operations, ensuring people's safety, equipment reliability, and process quality. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement, resource optimization, and team development, aiming to achieve world-class standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and develop the team, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and high performance. * Plan and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, reducing failures and maximizing equipment availability. * Analyze root causes of failures and implement long-term solutions, prioritizing critical equipment and structural improvements. * Manage performance indicators (KPIs), budget (Capex/Opex), and achievement of operational targets. * Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and corporate standards and actively participate in audits. * Support engineering projects, expansions, and standardizations in alignment with corporate guidelines. * Develop new work methodologies and systems to continuously improve maintenance processes and conduct benchmarking across departments, other corporate plants, or factories in different sectors as needed, focusing on the Plant Optimization methodology across all competencies of the RE (Reliability) pillar. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation/Mechatronics. **Experience:** * 5+ years in industrial maintenance. * 2+ years in planning, project coordination, and reliability management. * Experience in team leadership and process improvements. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Industrial maintenance (facilities and utilities). * Safety regulations NR10, NR12, NR13, NR33, and NR35. * Plant optimization methodologies (Plant Optimization). * Leadership, teamwork, and results orientation. * Additional technical training in mechanical, electrical, or automation fields. * Intermediate English proficiency. \#LI\-FM1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
