Follow technical instructions and assembly manuals. Operate hand tools and simple machines. Verify that parts are correct before and after assembly. Adjust or correct minor defects in products. Supply the production line with components. Inspect the quality of assembled products. Package or prepare products for shipment. Maintain workplace organization. Monitor production pace on the line. Report any issues or defects identified. Comply with safety regulations and PPE requirements. Previous experience as an Assembler, Production Line Operator, Equipment Assembler, or Assembly Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
