Ensure the quality of the company’s products and the satisfaction of internal and external customers’ needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Directly participate in **Research & Development (R&D) projects**, supporting product and process development, improvement, and validation; * Create, monitor, and analyze **quality indicators applied to R&D**, evaluating product performance, stability, and compliance; * Coordinate the **collection, preparation, and analysis of samples** of products, prototypes, and raw materials; * Evaluate results of **physicochemical and microbiological analyses**, supporting technical decision-making in R&D; * Identify non-conformities in tests, pilot runs, and products, proposing **technical adjustments and continuous improvements**; * Prepare **technical reports on R&D and Quality**, presenting results, trends, and recommendations to leadership; * Support **process standardization**, reviewing and updating R&D-related procedures and work instructions; * Participate in **industrial trials, validations, scale-ups, and formulation/process improvements**; * Interface with suppliers for **raw material evaluation**, testing, and qualification; * Ensure R&D projects comply with **quality standards, food safety regulations, and certification requirements**; * Prepare documentation and technical evidence for **audits and certifications**; * Promote a **quality culture applied to innovation**, ensuring new products and processes meet established standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum 1 year of experience (food industry). Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. Experience in planning, coordination, and organization; Knowledge of quality and management processes and tools; Ability to develop process controls and performance indicators; Knowledge of supplier qualification; ability to handle consumer service.
