Commercial support and event organization **Marketing Analyst – CLT** On-site \| JDF – Santa Bárbara d’Oeste/SP Mon to Thu: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \| Fri: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **What We’re Looking For:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields. * Experience in marketing planning and execution. * Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and institutional communication. * Ability to analyze campaign results and performance metrics. * Creative, strategic, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in market research and strategic planning. * Experience organizing events and trade shows. * Knowledge of graphic material production and promotional campaigns. * Experience in internal marketing (endomarketing) and commercial team support. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute institutional and commercial marketing activities. * Develop promotional and sales incentive campaigns. * Manage and update the company’s social media accounts and website. * Monitor and analyze campaign results. * Support the commercial team with materials, activities, and strategies. * Organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities. * Manage suppliers and promotional materials. * Implement internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives. * Prepare reports and track marketing KPIs
