Job Summary: Mills is seeking a professional to execute the complete service billing process, ensuring accurate issuance of fiscal invoices and proper application of taxes. Key Highlights: 1. Join this journey and help build a more diverse, sustainable, innovative, and opportunity-rich Mills.** **All our positions are open to people with disabilities.** **Submit your resume and participate in the selection process for the opportunity described below.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the **complete service billing process**, ensuring correct issuance of **NF\-e (Model 55\) and NFS\-e**, in accordance with contracts and operational specifics * Accurately analyze and apply **tax withholdings and levies (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, CSLL, among others)**, based on service type and current legislation * Validate information from the **Commercial and Operations departments**, ensuring consistency among contract, measurement, and billing * Perform **reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies**, identifying and correcting inconsistencies prior to invoice issuance * Carry out **ERP system entries and controls**, ensuring traceability and data integrity * Support the **monthly billing closing**, meeting deadlines and ensuring data accuracy * Maintain **direct interface with clients**, resolving inquiries, adjusting billing, and conducting necessary alignments * Participate in **internal and external meetings**, connecting Commercial, Operations, and Client areas to align processes * Contribute to **continuous improvement of billing processes**, proposing adjustments and standardizations * Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring process compliance **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in **service billing**, including issuance of **NF\-e (Model 55\) and NFS\-e** * Knowledge of **tax withholdings and levies (direct and indirect taxes)** applicable to services * Experience with **mid- to large-scale ERP systems** * Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency * Strong communication skills for interaction with **clients and internal departments** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **SAP (ECC/B1\), TOTVS/Protheus or similar systems** * Work experience in companies with **high-volume recurring billing** * Experience in environments with **customized processes** **Additional Information** **At Mills, we offer you:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal and/or Food Allowance; Mobility Allowance or Commuter Pass; Life Insurance; Wellhub for you and your dependents; 24-hour Dr. Alper; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; PLR \- Profit Sharing Program; Want to grow, develop, and work at a place that truly values who you are?
