We recognize talent, invest in training, and encourage internal promotions. ### **Job Purpose** To independently manage post-sales processes, resolve operational issues related to logistics incidents, complaints, returns, rejections, or material exchanges, coordinate cross-departmental handling, propose alternative solutions when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction. ### **General Responsibilities** * Ensure resolution of post-sales incidents; conduct follow-up to expedite handling and minimize negative impact on customers. * Record and address customer complaints and requests. * Maintain constant interface with Logistics, Sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness in handling. * Prepare customer service reports and satisfaction indicators. * Contribute to standardizing customer service processes and preventing recurrence of incidents. ### **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on clarity and conciseness. * Analytical ability focused on root-cause identification and support in proposing solutions. * Organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking processes and documentation. * Proactivity and sense of urgency in managing critical requests. * Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
