Job Summary: The Caruaru Shopping is seeking a Purchaser to manage inventories, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor material quality. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of reports, price spreadsheets, and budgetary monitoring. Now, we are looking for a **Purchaser** to join our team and contribute to the company's continuous growth. **Responsibilities** * Control inventories, verify requested quantities, and identify high-consumption items; * Conduct quotations, select suppliers, and maintain updated supplier records; * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and contracts with suppliers; * Issue, confirm, and review purchase orders, ensuring delivery deadlines; * Monitor receipt, restocking, and quality of materials and services. * Prepare reports, price spreadsheets, and procurement-related correspondence; * Control material inflow and outflow at the warehouse, ensuring accurate records; * Budgetary monitoring, conducting inventories, negotiating with suppliers, placing and tracking purchase orders, preparing price variance reports, and controlling material inflow/outflow. **Requirements** * Completed degree in Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of negotiation and supplier analysis; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Availability to work on-site in Caruaru/PE. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in Logistics or related fields.
