The activities to be performed are: ● Conduct periodic visits to units, overseeing people management, identifying improvement opportunities, and aligning practices with local supervisors; ● Develop and monitor cleaning, maintenance, and inspection schedules, ensuring compliance with NR-13 and safety standards; ● Monitor, analyze, and develop performance and operational efficiency indicators, supporting decision-making and continuous process improvement; ● Identify, plan, and implement continuous improvement projects in operation and maintenance processes, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operational quality. It is important that you meet the following requirements: ● Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical and/or Occupational Safety), Mechatronics Technology, Maintenance Management, Project Management, or related fields. ● Knowledge of performance indicator (KPI) analysis; ● Experience in team management and leadership; ● Availability for travel.
