Analyze and resolve issues, identifying root causes **Description:** ---------------- **Work Model:** Hybrid, with 2 days per week on-site **Location:** Sorocaba, SP or Belo Horizonte, MG **Job Responsibilities:** * Build relationships with customers and partners interested in using our APIs, teaching and supporting them throughout their journey on the Developer Portal. * Guide implementation and integration testing with our APIs and third-party applications via OAuth 2.0 authentication, providing technical support and assisting in interpreting API responses. * Guide customers through API documentation (OpenAPI / SwaggerHub) and conduct support and project management activities, coordinating with other internal teams. * Analyze and resolve issues, identifying root causes and dependencies. * Familiarize with available telematics data (vehicles and other equipment) and agronomic data. * Contribute to API project design, implementation, testing, and documentation. * Disseminate knowledge internally and externally, ensuring transparency regarding features, roadmap, and ongoing projects. * Perform other related duties as required. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience in technology projects. * Experience in software development using multiple programming languages and technologies. * Experience with APIs (REST, SDKs, libraries, etc.) and web services. * Familiarity with HTTP response analysis and JSON and XML formats. * Programming languages: JavaScript and .NET. * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. * Experience with Postman, SwaggerHub, and scripting (bash, PowerShell, etc.). * Experience with cloud-based products and services, such as Microsoft Azure. * Experience with Agile development and tools like Jira or DevOps. * Proficiency in development tools such as Visual Studio and Git. * Advanced English for global meetings and communication
