Job Summary: Responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring machinery in the manufacturing of metal components for stoves, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure final product quality and process efficiency Responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of metal components for stoves, ensuring final product quality, compliance with safety standards, and production process efficiency at a leading company in the white goods segment. **Main Responsibilities:** Operate industrial machinery (e.g., presses, bending machines, stamping machines, etc.) according to established procedures. Perform machine setup and basic adjustments, ensuring correct configuration for each production order. Monitor equipment performance during operation, identifying potential failures or deviations. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on produced parts, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Record production data, losses, and machine downtime. Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations, using PPE and following internal procedures. Support preventive maintenance and report corrective maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to 5S practices. Work collaboratively to achieve production targets and continuous improvement. Requirements: Completed high school education. Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation. Basic metrology knowledge (use of calipers, micrometers, etc.).
