




Job Summary: A professional responsible for kitchen hygiene and organization, food preparation, and compliance with food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Work proactively and organizedly as part of a team **Main Responsibilities:** Clean, cut, and prepare fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, etc.; Wash, organize, and store utensils, pots, and equipment; Maintain the kitchen and pantry clean and organized; Restock supplies and verify expiration dates; Follow hygiene and food safety regulations; Follow the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as specific instructions; Wash dishes, clean the floor, collect cutlery; Perform separation and identification of samples for control purposes, ensuring proper storage and forwarding, when necessary, for analysis and verification of compliance with established quality standards; **Requirements:** Previous experience in this role; Efficiency, organization, proactivity, and commitment; Ability to work as part of a team; Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2\.328,50 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you reside near the Ipiranga region?
