Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring process organization and employee assistance. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate outreach. * **Personnel Department:** Assistance with onboarding (document collection) and offboarding processes, electronic timekeeping control, and personnel file organization. * **Benefits:** Support in requesting and managing benefits (transportation allowance, meal voucher, health insurance). * **Employee Support:** Clarifying employee inquiries regarding benefits, pay slips, and company policies. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Proactivity, strong communication skills, and organizational ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in HR and Personnel Department routines.
