Prior experience in medical offices or clinics is essential. **About the role:** \* Welcome patients with empathy and warmth \* Confirm appointments, manage the schedule, and support new patient onboarding \* Provide humane and professional service \* Support the clinic's digital presence by engaging simply on social media \* Send documents, conduct post-consultation follow-up, and guide patients \* Collect testimonials and monitor basic engagement metrics \* Maintain an organized, pleasant, and functional reception area **What we seek:** \* Experience in medical clinics or offices \* Strong communication and writing skills \* Emotional intelligence and professional demeanor \* Organization, proactivity, and empathy **Location:** Higienópolis – São Paulo (on-site) **Working hours:** 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: R$ 1\.800,00; after probation: R$ 2\.000,00\+ Transportation Allowance and Meal Voucher.
