In this way, we believe everyone will be more engaged and energized to perform their duties while maintaining quality of life. **It’s not just about talking—it’s about acting!** **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Payroll coordination; * Coordinate and support preparation of monthly statutory obligations (vacations, contract terminations, payroll advances/payments, payslip issuance); * Responsible for reviewing and ensuring all team deliverables; * Analyze payments to ensure compliance with labor laws and advise clients on required compliance measures; * Monitor the benefits team’s deliverables; * Ensure exceptional service delivery, guaranteeing excellence in payroll-related support to internal and external clients; * Coordinate and support preparation of annual statutory obligations (DIRF and Income Statement); * Track performance indicators and propose improvements to optimize operations; * Conduct periodic team meetings, provide feedback, and promote professional development. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP system knowledge. * Advanced knowledge of HR department processes and sub-processes; * Experience in BPO companies; * Advanced English proficiency for serving an international client portfolio. **Academic Qualification:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. **Soft Skills:** * Communication; * Organization; * Commitment; * Responsibility; * Proactivity; * Leadership.
