Participate in meetings and build market networking ### **We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team!** **Job Mission:** Lead the company's strategic procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, evaluate proposals, and achieve the optimal balance among cost, quality, and delivery time. **Salary:** R$ 4\.190,80 \+ benefits **Work Schedule:** 5x2 **Working Hours:** 09:00 to 18:00 **Work Location:** Vtal CENU (Av. das Nações Unidas, 12901\) **Responsibilities:** * Conduct all medium-complexity procurement and contracting activities across marketing, facilities, services, consulting, and technology scopes, focusing on business results while ensuring budget compliance, quality, and deadlines aligned with market best practices and company standards; * Prepare and issue RFPs (Request for Proposal); * Analyze, negotiate, and benchmark commercial proposals; * Resolve issues, manage risks, support implementation of solutions, and forecast expenses and savings; * Develop comparative analysis reports and business cases to support decision-making; * Prepare executive summaries for presentation and justification of procurement processes; * Participate in meetings with internal clients and suppliers to define optimal contracting strategies; * Build market networking to identify new technologies and innovations. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement and contract management; * Advanced Excel, Intermediate PowerPoint; * Market analysis and supplier management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SAP Hana and Coupa;; * Strategic sourcing, TCO, and finance knowledge desirable; * English and Spanish proficiency. **Our Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance \- IFood Benefits * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance fully covered by the company * Total Pass * Discount club * Birthday day off **If you possess an analytical mindset, are organized, and enjoy working in dynamic and collaborative environments, this opportunity may be ideal for you!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
