Description: WHAT IS ESSENTIAL TO STAND OUT * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree; * Basic/Intermediate Excel skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Preferred 3–4 years of experience in this role and 2–3 years in previous career positions. * Transparency * Organization * Respect * Resilience * Agility WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE * Sample Management: Monitor sample dispatch and receipt via the QlikView order portfolio report, ensuring on-time delivery to the distribution center (DC). * Order Updates: Modify data in the Linx system, including delivery date, cost, selling price, sizes, and colors. * Sample Organization: Maintain proper sample storage at the office—organizing display racks and rooms—and return unused items to suppliers or send them to the DC. * Delivery Tracking: Generate Excel reports and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure on-schedule deliveries. * Internal Collaboration: Communicate with other departments within the Procurement Directorate to optimize processes. * Analytics and Reporting: Prepare reports and databases in QlikView and Excel to identify best sellers and slow movers, inventory levels, and sales performance. * Supplier Support: Contact suppliers via e\-mail and telephone to expedite internal processes. * Purchase Order Drafting: Create purchase order drafts using the standard Excel template for the official registration team to formalize and send to suppliers. * Product Control: Monitor samples provided by suppliers, assessing needs and benefits. * Support and Communication: Ensure end-to-end follow-up until product delivery, guaranteeing alignment between suppliers and the company. * Task Execution: Perform other related duties as directed by senior management. 251218020255852964
