Description: Strategically and advisively support the procurement process, ensuring efficient fulfillment of internal demands by technically analyzing requests, negotiating optimal commercial terms, and continuously developing suppliers. Responsible for managing the end-to-end acquisition cycle for products and services, ensuring quality, cost\-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines, while promoting integration across other company departments. This role directly contributes to optimizing economic outcomes through data analysis, implementation of process improvements, and performance indicator monitoring—enhancing efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in supply operations. Main Duties and Responsibilities Analyze technical specifications and requester requirements. Prospect, develop, and qualify suppliers, ensuring cost, delivery timelines, and quality. Negotiate commercial terms and conduct quotations within the system. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. Provide advisory support to internal departments to define the optimal procurement scope. Monitor performance indicators and identify savings opportunities. Analyze procurement data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier development, and qualification; * Proficiency in integrated systems (ERP) and procurement management tools; * Knowledge of contract management and supplier compliance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for document creation, spreadsheets, calculations, and reporting; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, processes) and workflow automation * will be considered an advantage.
