Responsibilities **Job Mission** Ensure consistent delivery of business value through integrated management of projects, programs, and portfolio, guaranteeing governance, strategic prioritization, and efficient execution of technology-supported initiatives. Act as a business area partner, bridging strategy and operations, driving PMO/VMO maturity, and contributing to Unipar’s sustainable growth—with a focus on measurable results, transparency, and value generation for all stakeholders. Responsibilities * Lead digital transformation projects, predominantly business-driven, where technology serves as the means to solve real business-area problems; * Participate from structuring (AS IS / TO BE, business case, CAPEX) through delivery and realization of benefits; * Ensure planning, execution, and control of scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality; * Support portfolio management, including: Prioritization based on value, strategy, and capacity; Analysis of trade-offs among initiatives; Support for decision-making forums (executive committees); * Contribute to evolving the PMO toward a VMO mindset, focused on value and benefit delivery. 6\. Plan, monitor, and report project costs, with emphasis on: CAPEX and OPEX; Forecast vs. Actual vs. Budget; Support to Finance and business areas in decision-making; * Support development and tracking of business cases; * Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) according to project context; * Ensure adherence to governance processes without compromising agility and results orientation; * Serve as a technical and behavioral reference for other PMs and analysts; * Collaborate closely with business and IT leadership, vendors, and partners; * Communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly, concisely, and at an executive level; * Support presentations to the Executive Board and Presidency when required. Requirements **Education** Completed undergraduate degree; Languages Advanced English Advanced Spanish **Desirable Knowledge** PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications; Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
