In this role, you will manage a team of commercial executives focused on retaining all Retail and Entrepreneurial customers, ensuring appropriate product offerings and correct commercial terms aligned with each customer’s needs—maintaining profitability and stabilizing the customer lifecycle and relationship while identifying business-generation opportunities for Cielo.
