Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and controlling cargo transportation, ensuring product integrity, documentation accuracy, and effective communication among all parties. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors and controls cargo loading, unloading, and movement 2. Ensures product integrity and documentation compliance 3. Leads the team, guarantees operational safety and organization · WORK SCHEDULE \- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch, Monday to Friday . Monitors cargo loading and unloading, controls documentation, and ensures product integrity inside vehicles. · Maintains clear and effective communication with all involved parties. · Monitors customer goods handling and vehicle loading, always focusing on procedures and potential material damage. · Verifies vehicle documentation and conditions, and ensures goods comply with CT-e documents, invoices, labels, etc. · Identifies and assesses potential risks in transportation operations and implements mitigation measures. · Requests third-party assistants from the Administrative Department, receives / corrects / guides the team. · Controls product dispatch. · Keeps the team aligned to ensure the platform remains clean and organized. · Ensures compliance with safety rules and provides support and training. · Keeps other leaders informed about operational status to ensure workflow continuity! . Monitors vehicle unloading, storage of goods in warehouses at respective locations, as well as verification and sorting according to routing.
