Visit: https://www.genialinvestimentos.com.br **\#JoinGenial** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **IT Project Management**: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of development or implementation projects for systems, from conception through delivery and post-implementation. * **Team Coordination**: Supervise and guide teams of developers, systems analysts, database administrators, and other IT professionals, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency. * **Requirements Analysis and Elicitation**: Collaborate with business areas to understand their needs and translate them into technical system requirements. * **Architecture and Technology Definition**: Propose and implement optimal architectures and technologies for new systems or for evolving existing ones, aiming for scalability, security, and performance. * **System Optimization and Maintenance**: Ensure stability, security, and performance of production systems by resolving issues, applying updates, and proposing continuous improvements. * **Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**: Act as a communication facilitator among technical teams, business areas, and management, clearly and objectively presenting project status and proposed solutions. * **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with software and IT service vendors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Practical experience with AI (Artificial Intelligence) applied to systems; * Intermediate English proficiency for conversation; * Solid experience in IT project management (system development and/or implementation); * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams; * Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements; * Knowledge of system architecture (e.g., distributed systems, APIs, cloud, etc.); * Familiarity with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional (PMBOK) methodologies; * Experience in production environments, system maintenance, and optimization; * Basic understanding of information security and system performance; * Ability to coordinate technical teams (developers, analysts, DBAs, etc.); * Experience managing vendors and technology contracts; * Skill in prioritization and managing multiple concurrent projects; * Clear communication between technical and business areas; * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation; * Negotiation and influence capabilities; * Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar (preferred); * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred); * Experience in digital transformation or system modernization (preferred). **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (Amil — co-payment) * Dental Insurance (Omint) * Life Insurance (Mapfre) * Meal Voucher and Food Card (Alelo) * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Empresa Cidadã) * Childcare/Babysitting Allowance * Conexa Saúde * TotalPass and Wellhub * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) Our office is located at Av.
