Screen resumes according to job requirements. Contact candidates to schedule interviews. Assist in conducting initial interviews (screening), when applicable. Update and manage recruitment spreadsheets and systems. Track the status of selection processes with managers. Support the organization of candidate documents and information. Assist in the onboarding process (document submission, initial guidance). Support communication with candidates (replies, simple feedback, alignment). Support talent pool improvement and organization. Participate in employer branding initiatives (job postings, social media, etc.). Travel between units (Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, and South Zone – Vila Mariana) as needed. Provide general HR department support upon leadership request. Comply with company policies, norms, and procedures. **Provide support for other tasks or cover colleagues during absences upon leadership request, ensuring continuity of front desk operations and customer service.** **Comply with company-established policies, norms, procedures, and guidelines, contributing to a positive organizational environment and service excellence.**
