Preparation of minutes and reports **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for providing structured support in executing strategic and innovation projects, ensuring organization, deadline control, schedule and record updates, task monitoring, data consolidation, documentation organization, and preparation of minutes and reports; additionally supporting research, benchmarks, and project indicators, contributing to delivery agility and the quality of services provided by the organization. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree (in Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related fields). Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in projects/PMO, planning, continuous improvement, operations with project interface, or related areas.
