Engineering Manager. **About the Challenge** BMP Digital is structuring its tribe model and seeks an **Engineering Manager** capable of focusing on what truly matters in technical leadership: **managing people without micromanagement, removing impediments without creating dependency, and ensuring delivery without compromising teams’ technical autonomy**.
