Vikings Group is hiring a **Receptionist** to work in the Vila Olimpia region (São Paulo - SP). Job Information: * **Employment type:** CLT (Permanent) * **Work location:** North Zone / Vila Olimpia, São Paulo - SP * **Work schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off * **Working hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM Compensation and Benefits: * **Salary:** R$ 1.996,25 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 21.80 per day * **Food Allowance:** R$ 151.91 per month * **Transportation Voucher:** R$ 10.60 per day (R$ 5.30 one way / R$ 5.30 return) Key Responsibilities: * Provide in-person and telephone reception services for clients, suppliers, and visitors, adhering to Vikings Group’s excellence standards. * Manage access control, identify individuals, and direct them to the appropriate departments. * Receive, organize, and distribute mail and packages. * Maintain the reception area’s organization and ensure compliance with company security policies. Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and a strong focus on customer service quality. * Easy access to the Vila Olimpia region. * Prior experience in reception or corporate customer service is a plus.
