Senior React Developer

Description

We are looking for a **Senior React Developer** to join our technology team in Barueri, SP. The professional will serve as the front-end technical reference, actively contributing to solution architecture, code reviews, and the continuous evolution of our digital products. **Responsibilities** Develop and maintain high-performance web interfaces using React Act as technical reference: conduct code reviews, define standards and best practices Collaborate with product and design teams to transform requirements into scalable solutions Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt Participate in front-end architectural decisions alongside the engineering team Mentor junior and mid-level developers on the team **Requirements** 5+ years of front-end development experience Strong proficiency in React (hooks, context, performance, lifecycle) Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand or similar) Solid understanding of semantic HTML, modern CSS, and responsiveness Familiarity with consuming REST APIs and integrating with back-end services **Nice-to-have** Knowledge of TypeScript Experience with automated testing (Jest, Testing Library) Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) Compensation: R$2.716,68 – R$10.669,71 per month Work location: On-site
