




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Customer Support Operator to attend to and resolve customer inquiries, providing accurate information and collaborating with other departments. Answer and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and real-time chat. 2\. Provide accurate information about our products and services. 3\. Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously. 4\. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 5\. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1\. Completed high school education. 2\. Prior customer service experience is desirable, preferably in a retail or customer service environment. 3\. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, both spoken and written. 4\. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 5\. Basic computer knowledge and fast typing skills. 6\. Availability to work afternoon shifts and Saturdays. Work schedule is 6x1 (six working days per week), with 6 hours of work and a 20-minute break.
