Assisting in event setup and buffet replenishment Company Description accor hotels \- hotel mercure são paulo jardins Job Description Provide support to the Food and Beverage department in table service, in accordance with the brand's excellence standards. Assist in Food and Beverage department activities, including serving beverages, cleaning tables, and transporting orders from the pantry to waitstaff across various outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, events, etc.). * Clean tables and transport orders across various outlets (restaurant, bar, events, etc.). * Maintain organization and hygiene of materials to be used. * Prepare mise\-en\-place for outlets. * Present bills and collect customer payments when required. * Assist in buffet replenishment. * Assist in setting up and stocking event rooms, as well as in Food and Beverage services such as coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktail parties, when required. * Enter orders into the system, close bills, and issue corresponding invoices, when required. * Implement the department’s “Self-Control” processes and procedures; * Apply food safety best practices relevant to the department; * Perform other related duties as required by the department.
