Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and managing the customer portfolio, ensuring approval of artwork, materials, and adherence to schedules and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Customer portfolio management and maintenance 2. Production monitoring to meet deadlines 3. Commercial proposal preparation and order registration Responsible for maintaining and managing the customer portfolio, sending artwork and color proofs for approval, ensuring necessary materials for activities, forwarding shipments and invoicing to logistics, controlling inventory, and guaranteeing schedule compliance. Monitors production to ensure agreed-upon deadlines, initiates budget requests while verifying technical and production feasibility, prepares and sends commercial proposals, registers orders in the Datasul system for service order issuance, and monitors the status of approved artwork, anticipating impacts and negotiating deadlines when necessary.
