JOB OPPORTUNITY – IMMEDIATE START NOVA GESTÃO RH AGENCY Position: Human Resources Analyst Location: Diadema Salary: R$ 4.000,00 to R$ 4.500,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance Attendance Bonus linked to iFood Benefits Medical Plan Dental Plan for 1 year Requirements: Completed Higher Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields Experience in Human Resources and team management Knowledge of labor legislation and HR department routines Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, especially NR-1 Proficiency in computer applications and management systems Leadership profile, organizational skills, and strong communication ability Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes * Monitor HR department routines and personnel administration * Coordinate training, onboarding, and employee development * Monitor working hours, vacations, benefits, and HR indicators * Develop and implement internal policies and organizational norms * Promote organizational climate initiatives and team development * Advise managers on labor practices and disciplinary procedures * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures * Coordinate occupational health and safety initiatives * Support implementation of NR-1 guidelines and occupational risk management (GRO/PGR) * Prepare managerial reports and HR indicators * Maintain alignment among executive management, managers, and company departments Behavioral Competencies: Leadership People Management Analytical Ability Discretion and Responsibility Proactivity and Commitment Interested candidates should send resumes to: (11) 96375-8364 Minimum Educational Requirement: Technical Course
