Coordination of teams and suppliers for construction execution Coordinate and supervise the company's entire construction lifecycle, from technical planning and client alignment through to final delivery, ensuring excellence in execution, adherence to schedules, and quality of engineered wood and precast structures. Act as the primary liaison among engineering, production, assembly teams, suppliers, and clients, assuming technical and operational leadership in project execution. **Client Relationship Management** * Conduct technical alignment meetings with clients, presenting schedules, construction status, and key decisions. * Identify and formally document all prerequisites necessary for commencement and continuity of assembly. * Anticipate requirements, communicate risks, and manage expectations throughout the entire project. * Negotiate technical and operational solutions with clients in cases of unforeseen events or scope changes. * Formally record all communications and agreed-upon decisions with the client. **Project Analysis and Validation** * Review and monitor structural projects jointly with the engineering team. * Identify and resolve incompatibilities between structural design and civil works. * Verify support conditions, access routes, interferences, and technical prerequisites prior to commencement of assembly. * Formalize NCs (Non-Conformance Records) and request project revisions when necessary. * Ensure that project revisions are correctly distributed and implemented on-site. **Planning and Schedule Management** * Develop construction schedules integrating fabrication, transportation, and assembly phases. * Monitor adherence to critical dates and proactively implement corrective actions. * Coordinate with production scheduling to sequence fabrication compatible with assembly sequencing. * Align the company's schedule with the client's overall construction schedule. * Report monthly construction status using schedule, cost, and quality indicators. **Construction Coordination and Monitoring** * Plan and conduct on-site monitoring visits at a frequency appropriate to the project's criticality. * Verify compliance of assembly with approved designs and technical specifications. * Identify deviations, record outstanding items, and coordinate their resolution with responsible departments. * Interact with the site supervisor, engineers, and the client's technical leads. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements on-site. **Assembly Team Management** * Select, hire, and evaluate third-party assembly companies and teams. * Conduct technical briefing meetings with field teams prior to commencement of each project. * Support resolution of technical queries during execution, serving as a field reference. * Monitor team productivity and intervene as needed to ensure schedule adherence. * Record and evaluate team performance upon completion of each project. **Technical Supplier Management** * Initiate and track technical issues with procurement (material defects, warranties, delivery timelines, adjustments). * Validate technical solutions proposed by suppliers jointly with engineering. **Operational Support to Construction Projects** Ensure construction projects have the required resources, information, and operational support to proceed without interruption. * Coordinate requests for procurement, materials, and equipment required for construction projects. * Organize and maintain up-to-date project information (designs, revisions, minutes, pending items). * Support field teams in resolving emergent operational and technical demands. * Ensure traceability of information throughout the construction lifecycle. **Technical Delivery and Project Closure** * Lead the final inspection process and preparation of the delivery checklist. * Formalize the list of outstanding items and ensure their resolution prior to formal acceptance. * Conduct the delivery meeting with the client and collect satisfaction feedback. * Document lessons learned and propose improvements for future projects. * Archive all technical project documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
