You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate and optimize data platforms, ensuring efficiency and reliability. We are seeking an experienced professional with robust expertise in data architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Databricks SQL, Databricks Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows, and PySpark. **In this role, you will:** Design and implement scalable data solutions that meet business and compliance requirements. Provide technical expertise in deploying and maintaining data platforms. Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to industry standards. Develop and maintain architecture and process documentation. Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies to enhance end\-to\-end data capabilities. Deliver training and support to end users. Design and implement data architectures using Databricks SQL to improve processing capabilities. Oversee the integration of Databricks Delta Lake for efficient data storage and retrieval. Develop and manage Databricks Workflows to automate pipelines and boost operational efficiency. Utilize PySpark for complex data transformations and analytics to generate business insights. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Optimize data processing performance and reduce latency. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and company policies. Conduct regular assessments of data architecture to identify improvement opportunities. Lead the development of best practices for data management and governance. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data engineering techniques. Engage with stakeholders to align data solutions with business objectives. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
