# Position Description We are seeking a Microsoft Infrastructure Analyst – Mid-Level to support Microsoft environments for multiple clients, ensuring availability, security, compliance, and documentation of the environments. The professional will be responsible for Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration, applying patches, executing GMUDs, handling incidents, and technical documentation (runbooks, inventory, and processes). # Key Responsibilities * Support Windows Server environments (on-premises and cloud) * Administration and support for Microsoft 365 * Manage and maintain services including: * Active Directory (AD DS) * DNS, DHCP, GPO * File Server and Print Server * Apply security patches and updates (Windows Update / WSUS / Azure Update Manager) * Plan, execute, and document GMUDs * Handle incidents, problems, and requests (N2/N3) Document: * Server and service inventory * Environment diagrams * Procedures and runbooks * Support audits and security best practices * Interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams * Support continuous environment improvement projects # Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * Windows Server * Administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 * Active Directory: * User and group creation and administration * GPOs * Permission delegation Services: * DNS, DHCP, NPS * File Server (NTFS, shares) * Basic hardening and security concepts * Microsoft 365 Administration of: * Exchange Online * Azure AD / Entra ID * Microsoft Teams * OneDrive and SharePoint Online * User, license, and group management * Basic understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and fundamental security * Operations & Support Experience with: * Patch application * Change management (GMUD) * Incident analysis * ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, and Change) * Clear and organized technical documentation * Tools and Environments * Experience in multi-client environments * Use of monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, SCOM – desirable) Virtualization concepts: * Hyper-V and/or VMware * Cloud concepts (Azure – desirable) # Differentiators (Desirable) Experience with: * Azure (VMs, Backup, Monitor) * Intune / MDM * WSUS or Azure Update Manager Knowledge of: * PowerShell (basic automation) * Enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Azure Backup, etc.) * Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, LGPD, audits) Microsoft certifications (not mandatory): * AZ-104 * MS-102 * Windows Server Hybrid Administrator # Behavioral Competencies * Organization and attention to detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple clients * Sense of priority and accountability * Professional demeanor and quality focus * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset # What We Expect in Documentation * Updated environment inventory * Operational procedures (runbooks) * GMUD records * Evidence of changes and patches * Simple architecture diagrams
