Participation in Infrastructure Projects and Optimization **About the Position** =================== The Infrastructure Analyst II will be responsible for controlling, maintaining, and optimizing the company's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of systems and networks supporting company operations. The professional will play a critical role in maintaining technological environment stability and scalability within a highly innovative sector. **Work Location** ===================== Vila Olímpia, São Paulo (On-site). **Responsibilities** ===================== * IT Infrastructure Control and Maintenance: o Administer servers (physical and virtual), operating systems (Linux and Windows Server), network services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory), and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper\-V). o Configure and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi), including routers, switches, and firewalls. o Control and optimize resources on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including IaaS and PaaS. * Advanced Technical Support: o Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and problems related to IT infrastructure. o Provide specialized technical support to internal users and the company's critical systems. * Security and Compliance: o Implement and monitor information security policies to ensure data and system protection. o Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, performing periodic tests to ensure data integrity and availability. o Monitor vulnerabilities and apply security patches. * Infrastructure Projects: o Participate in planning, execution, and deployment of new IT infrastructure projects, from conception through delivery. o Evaluate and propose new technologies and solutions to enhance the company's technological environment. * Monitoring and Optimization: o Conduct proactive infrastructure monitoring using specific tools to identify bottlenecks and potential failures. o Analyze performance and capacity metrics, proposing and implementing improvements to ensure high availability, scalability, and efficiency. * Documentation and Procedures: o Create and maintain up-to-date technical infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and procedural manuals. o Develop and optimize operational processes for infrastructure management. **Qualifications / Mandatory Requirements** ========================================== * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Proven experience in Infrastructure Analyst or similar roles. * Specific Technical Knowledge: o Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) and Windows Server administration. o Virtualization and Containers: Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper\-V, Docker, and Kubernetes. o Networking: Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls (FortiGate, pfSense, iptables). o Cloud Computing: Practical experience with cloud infrastructure services (IaaS, PaaS) on at least one platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. o Databases: Basic knowledge of relational database administration (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (CosmosDB, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra). o Monitoring Tools: Experience with tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus. o Automation: Scripting skills (Shell Script, Python, PowerShell) for task automation. * Desired Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Associate/Expert AZ104 AZ305, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate). **Diversity** This position is accessible to people with disabilities.
