Job Summary: Via de Acesso Institute, in partnership with Dinamarco, is seeking a young apprentice for administrative and HR support activities. Key Highlights: 1. Internal public service Via de Acesso Institute is partnering with **Dinamarco**, a law firm founded in 1991 and headquartered in São Paulo, renowned for its expertise in advisory and litigation services across various legal fields. The firm is recognized for technical excellence, ethics, and personalized service, specializing in litigation prevention, management, and resolution across diverse legal areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** Administrative and HR support activities, including document organization and digitization, spreadsheet and correspondence control, internal public service, support in onboarding processes, benefits administration, vacation management, and general administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Program promoting social and professional inclusion of young people in the workforce.** Young people currently enrolled in or who have completed high school or technical education. Young people aged 14 to under 23 years old (due to health hazards and/or occupational risks, and contractual duration restrictions). Documents: ID Card/CPF/Work Card \- Physical or digital; Voter Registration Card \- Physical or digital \- Preferred; Military Service Certificate for males. Undergraduate or technological course students (Bachelor's or Technologist) are not eligible for the Apprentice Program, as they already meet the prerequisites for the Internship Program. **Additional Information** **Salary:** R$: 820.00\. **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher; Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR); Life Insurance; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, either from **10:00 AM to 2:00 PM**, or from **2:00 PM to 6:00 PM**.
