**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for a **Software Quality Coordinator** to lead a QA team and serve as a transformation agent, ensuring quality practices are incorporated from the earliest stages of development and that automation is an essential part of the process.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Lead, motivate, and develop the QA team, promoting engagement and technical growth.
* Conduct progress review meetings, career planning sessions, and ongoing feedback.
* Define quality strategies aligned with the Shift Left Testing concept.
* Integrate testing practices from product conception, participating in Three Amigos meetings (PO, Dev, QA).
* Ensure test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
* Establish quality metrics and KPIs to monitor outcomes.
* Act as a quality culture evangelist among stakeholders.
* Implement continuous improvement processes and optimize testing activities.
* Identify and mitigate risks that may impact software quality.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Proven experience leading technical teams.
* Solid knowledge of automated testing (UI, API, integration).
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
* Strong communication and influence skills.
* Strategic mindset and ability to drive cultural change.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Knowledge of capital markets and credit industry.
* Experience with static code analysis (SonarQube).
* Knowledge of performance and security testing.
* Participation in agile transformation projects.
