




Job Summary: Civil construction professional to work as a Technical Communities Project Management Analyst, driving sector development through connections and capacity building. We are seeking a professional with a background in Civil Construction to serve as a **Technical Communities Project Management Analyst**, supporting the Technical Communities developed by Construliga, a civil construction sector startup. Construliga’s mission is to drive sector development through connections, capacity building, and digital solutions that strengthen companies and professionals in the field. The ongoing Community already includes over 70 companies and institutions across Brazil, including leading design firms, state road departments (DERs), cement, steel, fiber, admixture, and concrete pavement equipment manufacturers—collaborating on innovations and improvements in concrete pavement infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy combining technical expertise, structured project vision, and relationship-building with industry-leading professionals. **Responsibilities** * Support project management related to Technical Communities, structuring action plans, schedules, and deliverables * Monitor deadlines, activities, and responsible parties, ensuring alignment and execution of Working Groups * Organize and coordinate events such as courses, webinars, and technical site visits * Conduct outreach and relationship management with Community members * Attend industry events to broaden engagement with professionals and companies * Monitor engagement, maintain active members, and support Community expansion * Prepare reports, presentations, and performance indicators * Contribute to acquiring new members **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Construction or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and coordinate multiple concurrent activities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Interpersonal ease and collaborative attitude * Prior experience organizing events, managing projects, or working in a PMO environment is considered a plus **Employment Conditions** * Fixed salary, negotiable * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract * Hybrid work model, with office presence required at the Pinheiros neighborhood office in São Paulo (100% in-person during the training phase).
