Qualification **Skills and Experience** **Required:** * Proficiency in Java (version 8 or higher) and Spring Boot. * Knowledge of software architecture analysis and design. * Communication skills for interaction with diverse teams. * Experience with monitoring tools. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum). **Desirable:** * Relational or non-relational databases. * Knowledge of microservices and API design. * Unit testing and TDD. * Design patterns (Repository, Service). * GitHub for version control and collaboration. * Cloud experience and DevOps practices. * CI/CD pipeline implementation.
