Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the phased migration of cards, working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams to ensure requirement alignment and end-to-end delivery support for the new stack. Monitor KPIs to ensure migration with minimal friction **We are looking for someone who dares to lead this journey with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Objective: Support the phased migration of cards (not a big-bang model), performing product-level registration, ICA, and BIN mapping. These professionals will work cross-functionally with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and the new platform teams, ensuring requirement alignment, journey design, and end-to-end delivery support for the new stack, and will be directly embedded within Banco BV. Main responsibilities for this role: Lead discovery and delivery related to the migration of core card product functionalities; Track and address regulatory, operational, and systemic impacts of the transition; Prioritize backlog, define roadmap, and ensure quality and maturity of deliverables; Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads to orchestrate customer and service migration journeys; Monitor KPIs and ensure migration occurs with minimal friction and maximum reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Primary focus: Migration at the transactional and issuance layer Experience in card migration between processors Card authorization process Card issuance Brand and Wallet rules Practical experience in phased migration projects **Desirable:** Previous experience with inventory management and system transitions **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance**, with no co-payment for exams and consultations. * Want more well-being?
