Support development teams (enablement) **Senior DevOps Engineer (1 position)** **Job Title** **Senior DevOps Engineer | Kubernetes | GitOps | CI/CD | Cloud** **Job Objective** Autonomously operate and evolve the platform, ensuring **stability, automation, and standardization**, while also supporting development teams. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines * Work with Kubernetes in production environments * Implement operational automations and improvements * Handle medium-complexity incidents * Support development teams (enablement) * Contribute to platform standards and technical documentation **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * Practical experience with: * CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar) * Kubernetes * Docker * Git * Cloud environment knowledge * Observability fundamentals (metrics, logs, traces) **Nice-to-Have** * GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux or similar) * Helm * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) * SRE concepts * Basic security (secrets, RBAC, TLS) * Experience with **OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)** * Familiarity with **Service Mesh (Istio or similar)** **Behavioral Profile** * Autonomy * Strong communication skills with development teams * Continuous improvement mindset * Prioritization ability **Market Rate (PJ):** 12\.000,00 Note: A Senior professional is one who **operates the environment with minimal supervision**.
