




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for preparing dishes, sauces, and desserts; assisting in order execution; and maintaining food quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform culinary tasks and prepare dishes 2. Ensure food quality and proper storage 3. Assist in preparing cold appetizers and desserts 1. Perform culinary tasks, such as preparing mise en place according to menu requirements; 2. Assist in preparing dishes according to customer orders specified on the ticket; 3. Avoid food waste; 4. Ensure food quality by checking expiration dates and storage conditions; 5. Assist in buffet dish preparation according to technical specifications and standardized photos; 6. Prepare basic sauces; 7. Assist the 2nd Cook; 8. Prepare cold appetizers; 9. Assist in dessert preparation; 10. Follow the Procedures Manual and Good Practices; 11. Perform other related tasks.
