Job Summary: Position for GENERAL CONSTRUCTION HELPER to provide support in various tasks, ensuring organization, hygiene, and safety at the construction site. Key Highlights: 1. Salary: R$ 2\.447,00 Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday until 4:00 PM (with availability for overtime) \-Benefits: \-Meal provided on-site Transportation voucher Food allowance: BRL 158.31/month Life insurance (BRL 3.00 deduction) Overtime pay: 70% from Monday to Saturday; 100% on Sundays and holidays GYMPASS (access to gyms and wellness services) \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- ❖ Provide support in simple tasks at construction sites and/or work areas, ensuring proper organization and operation of the environment; ❖ Perform general cleaning of the construction site and/or work area, ensuring appropriate hygiene and safety conditions; ❖ Assist in demolishing concrete, masonry, and other structures as requested; ❖ Remove excavated soil and transport materials to the excavation front, such as rebar, formwork, and other materials and tools; ❖ Load and transport materials to provide logistical support to work teams during task execution; ❖ Position traffic cones to prevent vehicles from parking in front of the site or pedestrians from entering unsafe areas; ❖ Maintain perimeter safety nets at the construction site to ensure worker and pedestrian safety; ❖ Support traffic management during truck movement on-site to minimize disruptions; ❖ Alert drivers on roads and streets to prevent accidents between drivers and workers; ❖ Assist in removing water from the site, keeping the area dry and safe; ❖ Spread soil using a hoe, leveling the ground or preparing the terrain for new construction phases; ❖ Contribute to maintaining the workplace consistently organized and clean; ❖ Move materials such as gravel, sand, or any other material to supply work points and optimize team task execution; ❖ Participate in concrete preparation, assisting as and when needed; Handle and store hand tools used in activities.
