




Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning food items, utensils, and work areas; preparing ingredients; assisting in meal pre-preparation and plating; and maintaining kitchen organization. Proper preparation and storage of ingredients * **Clean** food items, utensils, equipment, and work areas. * **Prepare basic ingredients**, such as cutting vegetables, peeling foods, portioning meats, washing greens, etc. * **Assist in meal pre\-preparation** (mise\-en\-place). * **Plate simple dishes** or support the chef in finalization. * **Restock food items** in the buffet or kitchen. * **Organize and clean** the kitchen during and after shifts. * **Store ingredients properly**, following food safety regulations. Schedule: ➡ Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM ➡ Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ⚠ Availability to work on Saturdays, if necessary (overtime paid).
