We value technical insight, collective responsibility, and commitment to continuous improvement.** **Here, professional growth walks hand-in-hand with human growth—because we know that engineering’s true strength lies in people.** **More than moving trains, we move cities, connect stories, and help build the future of urban mobility.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, submit your application and don’t forget to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#Engetrens \#GrupoComporte \#Oportunidades** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and support the development of technical solutions through infrastructure solutions and continuous improvement, within the limits established by applicable technical standards and current legislation, delivering optimal user experience. * Develop technical solutions applying expertise in Railway Engineering Infrastructure to meet operational needs, within the limits established by applicable technical standards and current legislation. * Serve as a reference for the Railway Engineering team as a Technical Specialist, performing critical analysis of engineering projects and providing technical guidance to the team on area-specific matters. * Support the Construction Management department in preparing technical documentation for service procurement and/or equipment acquisition—including Technical Specifications, Terms of Reference, Descriptive Memos, and Data Sheets—as well as technically evaluating suppliers’ technical proposals and providing necessary technical clarifications. * Collaborate with other company departments to address specific studies and analyses related to the area, seeking innovative solutions and promoting research into technologies applicable to the airport sector. * Support and develop technical reports aligned with current technical standards, addressing topics such as clarifications regarding airport infrastructure and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree: Civil Engineering or related field * DESIRABLE: Completed Postgraduate Degree / Specialization: Railway Planning / Railway Infrastructure * Intermediate English proficiency **Additional Information** * **Benefits we offer:** **Health Insurance (SulAmérica)** **Meal Voucher** **Transportation Voucher** **Profit Sharing Program (PLR)** Join Engetrens—the company driving urban mobility forward Engetrens was founded in February 2025 with a clear purpose: keeping cities moving through engineering and people.
