We are looking for a Senior Data \& Analytics Analyst with a strong strategic orientation, capable of transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions. The professional will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data, interpreting market trends, and developing analytical models that add value to corporate strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Translate data into strategic decisions, supporting business areas in defining actions based on information. * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports, aligned with global best practices (Power BI) * Write queries and perform data modeling using SQL for advanced analysis. * Build processes to ensure data governance and quality, guaranteeing reliability and consistency. * Propose improvements to Business Intelligence processes and automation of analyses. * Collaborate with different departments to transform data into business strategies. * Perform predictive modeling and/or other statistical modeling to support decision-making. **About Us** You already know our brands: Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: * Experience in predictive analytics and applied data science. * Advanced experience in Power BI (or similar), building intuitive dashboards and optimizing for high-volume data processing. * Highly developed analytical profile, with the ability to generate strategic insights. * Solid knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and modeling. * In-depth understanding of data quality and governance. * Understanding of key business metrics, including sell\-out and industry-specific metrics. * Communication and influence skills, capable of transforming data into strategic narratives. * English communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Data Warehouse tools such as Snowflake or similar. * Experience designing composite models and Star Schema modeling. * Experience with commercial intelligence and metrics such as Sell Out. **How to Apply** Click the “Apply” button and complete the application process below.
