With discretion, care, and attention to detail, we continue to surprise and deliver the best for your assets, your company, and, above all, for you. **Your Mission Here Will Be:** Assist and ensure success in condominium implementation processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to Group companies. * Conduct technical inspections and prepare reports for buildings under implementation to assess requirements, thereby adding value to new customers. * Prepare the Implementation Kit and analyze/verify missing kits according to established procedures. * Analyze requests and finalize labor and maintenance contracts. * Source, propose, and monitor insurance and integrated system procurement for condominiums under implementation. * Support condominium administrators (syndics), board members, residents, and suppliers of condominiums under implementation—assessing requests, clarifying doubts, and taking any other necessary actions. * Support branches in organizing and monitoring AGMs and EGMs, obtaining quotations, finalizing contracts, and managing general purchases for buildings under implementation. * Participate in, source, and analyze projects for balcony glazing, service area enclosure, and security system risk assessments, in accordance with established procedures. * Perform other related tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields * Technical Course in Building Construction (desirable) * Excel – architectural project analysis * Availability to work on-site (conduct visits when necessary) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM – Hybrid model (to be agreed upon) **Location:** Morumbi/SP ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Proactivity, Responsibility, Dynamism ### **Benefits:** Flexible Meal Allowance, Flexible Food Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Pharmacy Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Birthday Day Off, School Partnership Programs, University Partnership Programs, 100% Free Courses on the Lello/Hubert Platform, TotalPass ### **Department:** Condominium Operations
