Job Description: We are seeking a professional to work in the field of **Occupational Safety**, ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations, equipment standards, and related documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Solid prior experience in this field. * Minimum: Technical course in Occupational Safety. * Knowledge of labor laws is a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor compliance with accident prevention regulations. * Inspect safety equipment and devices. * Instruct personnel on accident prevention. * Monitor equipment for revalidation, maintenance, and replacement. * Assess requirements for purchasing safety materials. * Monitor employees’ use of PPE. * Promote SIPAT implementation. * Provide secretarial support to CIPA for preparing meeting minutes and related documents. * Inform Safety Engineering about the need for technical reports, assessments, and development and implementation of PPRA. * Monitor PCMSO implementation. * Perform other tasks related to this position upon request from the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Transportation Allowance (6% payroll deduction) * Medical Assistance — **Company covers 100% of employee’s cost and 50% of dependents’ cost** * Dental Plan (3 options – optional enrollment) * On-site cafeteria (meals provided by the company) * Food Basket * Birthday gift: **R$ 120.00 \+ box of chocolates** * Profit Sharing (PLR): R$ 710.00 (paid in March) * November Bonus: **R$ 630.00** * Christmas Bonus: **R$ 330.00** * Christmas Food Basket * Psychological Support Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.641,36 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Free parking * Profit sharing * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
