We are seeking a Customer Relationship Analyst to serve on the frontline of customer interactions, ensuring a consistently positive experience across all touchpoints. This individual will understand customer needs, resolve requests promptly, and reinforce relationships—especially concerning goods receipt—through meetings and various communication tools. Responsibilities: Track requests and ensure timely responses to customers within established deadlines; Maintain clear and assertive communication, facilitating daily, weekly, and/or monthly alignment meetings to manage expectations and requests; Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience; Monitor service-level indicators and satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS); Provide comprehensive support via phone calls, e\-mails, chats, WhatsApp, and other available communication channels in the department.
