Job Summary: A professional responsible for optimizing routes, planning deliveries, analyzing the logistics network, resolving operational pending items, managing cross-docking scheduling, and ensuring timely updates of reports and key performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery route optimization and planning 2. Logistics network analysis and resolution of operational pending items 3. Cross-docking management and updating of managerial reports * Perform order routing for deliveries, ensuring route optimization (weight, constraints, distance, and vehicle capacity). * Plan routes according to delivery locations and order volume. * Analyze the logistics network to determine the optimal number of vehicles per region and carrier. * Monitor and analyze unshipped orders, identifying root causes and proposing solutions. * Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related pending items. * Be responsible for analyzing and resolving operational pending items. * Manage cross-docking operation scheduling, especially for large-account orders. * Share relevant information with carriers and freight providers to ensure clarity in routes and operations. * Register and update carrier information in the system (e.g., Routeasy). * Ensure timely updates of departmental managerial reports with consistent data and performance indicators. * Conduct logistics KPI analyses to support decision-making and continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is mandatory * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
